How do we find a solution to eliminate the reservation in India?

Earlier I used to grumble the Reservation System and of course Dr. Ambedkar Ji for the Reservation system he introduced being an Un-Reserved Candidate. Later I came to know that he introduced this system for a period of only 10 years and provided an alternative to change the system for every 10 years as per the requirement. Instead of blaming the politicians for converting it into an vote bank, we should try to get rid of the leakages in the present system.

Well, we 'shouldn't' remove them completely but there is a need to change the pattern of the system. And of course that NEW PATTERN should be in such a way that it should decrease the 'number' year by year.

1. There should not be SC/ST/OBC but it should be replaced by Reserved/ Un-Reserved. So that the feeling of unequalness get vanished. If necessary can make sub-classes like A,B,C..etc.

2. The creamy layer should be applied to every class of reservation. Eg: Some Above Rs.5 lakh/annum.

3. Merit + Economic status should be 'Prioritized' while allotting Seats/Funds in educational institutions instead of CASTE/CREED.

4. There should be a limit on the number of times a family/person can use reservation. For suppose a daughter/son of an IAS, Highly paid Engineers, Doctors, etc etc higher professionals who already gone through social justice(reservation) doesn't require it based on their caste.

5. And by limiting the number (One Time System), the number of persons and their repetition in the same family will get reduced year by year.  So that the there will be a lot of chance to reduce the hypocrisy among the people of society about the word "Reservation Family".

Blaming the Reservation system for "ruining your whole life" is extremely short sighted. Instead overcoming the loopholes in it is the need of the hour.

What is wrong with the Indian Education System ?

Wow...!!! Any thing wrong with the Indian education system ? Well, I found no problem with the education system but with the society who engineered "Shortcuts" for education. I would like to express the Indian education system with the things that happened in my life as there is a need to impart little improvements.

Most famous words that we listen are "Techno schools providing foundation for IIT-JEE". Wow.., that's awesome.  For god's sake I have studied in a NORMAL school, not a Techno school. Thanks to my parents for NOT joining me in a techno school. From Primary to 9th standard it was like a heaven. I'm the happiest person in this world. I can do whatever, I can read whatever the subject I like (Of course my favorite subject is Mathematics), I can play whatever the game I wanted to. I want to achieve something. I want success and I don't know how. Awesomeness everywhere...!!! I cannot mug up the concepts..!!! I can read-learn & I can present the stuff in a better way... Yey..!!!

Here comes the year of 10th class where people are very eager to decide whether we are worth or worthless just by percentages.

My principal sir struggled hard for our success, actually not 'ME'. I was still in the last bench enjoying my school life. Somehow he made me worthy with 93% for the sake of the society. Thanks to him - not for the success he gave, but for the way he molded us with nice moral values and good attitude.

Here goes trashy 11th & 12th standard.  I've started assuming for myself that I want to crack IIT/AIEEE without knowing the essence or significance of it (Again for society)  and of course as every friend of mine was doing. I would set up a pseudo-goal for myself and started working for it like most of us. In the 12th standard, it was about 4 months before the IIT/AIEEE exams (which is very crucial phase of coaching), Sirs of our prestigious  COACHING institute resigned and joined in some other institute. Shitt...!!! Who will guide us/Who will clarify our doubts of IIT standard ?? We felt mentally weak without them and we are habituated for the time management of All-India level examinations by then, so we donno how to manage time for state level examinations i.e., for IIT exams there will be sufficient time to do, all we need is conceptual knowledge but for local exam fastness is very important.

Lol ,with the conceptual knowledge I have cracked state exam.., Still I donno the essence of IIT's. Joined in a nice & branded Insti at state level. I haven't felt missing anything here, because whatever the college it may be, the determination we have to learn engineering differs you from others. These days you find so many jokes about engineering students and engineering life on social networks. Hell NO...!!! There will be a total of 320+ examinations to clear off. Means 40 exams/semester.

You think engineering fetches you some job guarantee? Bull Shittt...!!! NO!! Engineering is not for jobs..., It's to learn engineering, for god's sake.

People destroy the meaning of engineering, completely screwing up their academics and finally end up learning a bit of SAP,.NET, JAVA and getting a 'software job' at some TCS, WIPRO or INFOSYS.  You only see the whole pseudo-competition for engineering, and the pseudo-guaranteed job, on one side of the coin, but believe me,  you find lots of  shit on the other side of the coin, unless you have a passion for it.
Hoo, You still wanna know how it feels? Okay, I understand, see.

Don't do engineering for jobs or don't recommend to do please, because engineering is not for doing jobs. (I'm stressing on the system itself, not with the people who settled in software jobs.)

We should know our interests. Once an Indian is able to find what he/she loves to do, nothing stops him/her. The Education system was alright, but the weird society was changing the definition of our education system.

Things will be much better by the next generation when people choose careers out of their own free will. Reservations can only stop you to a certain point and blaming them for "ruining your whole life" is extremely short sighted.

Some Expert's suggestions (not mine) to improve the present Education System:

Involve the alumni: In the US, alumni are the primary reason why Harvard, Stanford and MIT are able to spend so much on infrastructure. Harvard has a $20 billion+ kitty donated by their alumni over the years. At Babson, they did enough of guilt-tripping to donate a bit after we graduated. In contrast, Indian colleges are doing comparatively little to both interest and involve the alumni.

Bring the industry: As soon as a college spends 3-4 years educating an individual, companies like Infosys spend an additional 1 year to reeducate the individual. This is a waste of everyone's resources. Drastically improve the industry links with colleges and offload a good chunk of the costs. Students should be world ready at the end of their 4 years. Startups and other companies would work in designing curriculum and providing internship opportunities.

Bring foreign investments: We are so protective that we don't even let MIT, Stanford and Harvard enter India. We need a massive overhaul that allows qualified institutions from anywhere in the world enter the Indian education market.

Make it practical: Most of our undergrad time is spent attending classes. Classes also take up a lot of infrastructure. Instead, put more of students organize among themselves and build their own projects. Our final year projects are in that spirit, but usually a trick. Make it not just a namesake requirement, but by tying close with industry and rest of society inputs, make practical lessons a core part.
