Earlier I used to grumble the Reservation System and of course Dr. Ambedkar Ji for the Reservation system he introduced being an Un-Reserved Candidate. Later I came to know that he introduced this system for a period of only 10 years and provided an alternative to change the system for every 10 years as per the requirement. Instead of blaming the politicians for converting it into an vote bank, we should try to get rid of the leakages in the present system.
Well, we 'shouldn't'
remove them completely but there is a need to change the pattern of the
system. And of course that NEW PATTERN should be in such a way that it
should decrease the 'number' year by year.
1. There should not be SC/ST/OBC but it should be replaced by Reserved/ Un-Reserved. So that the feeling of unequalness get vanished. If necessary can make sub-classes like A,B,C..etc.
2. The creamy layer should be applied to every class of reservation. Eg: Some Above Rs.5 lakh/annum.
3. Merit + Economic status should be 'Prioritized' while allotting Seats/Funds in educational institutions instead of CASTE/CREED.
4. There should be a limit on the number of times a family/person can use reservation. For suppose a daughter/son of an IAS, Highly paid Engineers, Doctors, etc etc higher professionals who already gone through social justice(reservation) doesn't require it based on their caste.
5. And by limiting the number (One Time System), the number of persons and their repetition in the same family will get reduced year by year. So that the there will be a lot of chance to reduce the hypocrisy among the people of society about the word "Reservation Family".

the Reservation system for "ruining your whole life" is extremely short
sighted. Instead overcoming the loopholes in it is the need of the
hour.
